You should see this sign when you arrive at the East Rim Trail paved parking lot 🅿️. Parking Lot #2, a gravel lot, is located across Boston Mills Road and Akron Peninsula Rd 🚗 and is typically used for overflow parking. It’s perfectly fine to park there, especially on busier days 🅿️.

We are mountain biking enthusiasts!
We want to help those that visit the trail by giving them information they need to have a successful day on the trail. Come enjoy some outdoor recreation fun!
Plenty of Parking!
This is the East Rim Trail paved day-use parking lot (foreground). Across Boston Mills Road (center), there is another gravel parking lot (far).
Miles of Singletrack!
This is the East Rim Trail has two sections, one north of I-80 and one south. The most popular one route is actually called the East Rim Trail; it is a little easier and closer to the parking lot. the Lamb loop, on the north side of I-80, is about twice as long and is graded harder.
Signs To Tell You Info
The CVNP Rangers do a great job of posting information on the site, making open/close calls, and keeping the trail ridable. Thanks guys!
Ride Hard!
The East Rim Trail is a multi-use trail in the CVNP. It runs parallel to I-80, on a ridge two tributaries to the Cuyahoga. It is known regionwide as a mountain biking hotspot!
